Does This Sound Familiar?
You’ve learned about nutrition, tried many approaches and started over again and again. Yet you still don’t feel the way you want to in your body.
You eat mindfully and wonder why so little is changing. Even stricter rules don’t feel like the answer.
You want to feel relaxed around food. But cravings for sweets, especially in the evening, and the guilt afterwards take up a lot of space.
Tiredness and energy slumps are part of your day. You want more than a different number on the scales — you want to feel good again.
Why It Hasn’t Worked So Far
Eating less and being more disciplined leave blood sugar, stress, sleep and hormones out of the picture. That’s exactly where we start.
Satisfying meals that can help keep your blood sugar steadier — and often your cravings, too.
We consider insulin resistance, PMOS (formerly PCOS), stress and sleep, rather than looking only at calories.
Solutions for work, family and busy days. Nothing that only works on paper.
What You Get

Your Framework: the MEAL Method
The MEAL method connects nutrition with what makes changes sustainable in everyday life.
Question old dieting patterns, perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking. Build self-confidence and develop strategies for difficult days.
Satisfying, blood-sugar-friendly meals with protein and nutrient density. More structure and practical solutions instead of chaos around food.
Everyday movement, walks and strength training suited to your circumstances. Strengthen your body — don’t punish it for eating.
Stress regulation, sleep and recovery. Develop routines that ease the pressure and support your body instead of placing more demands on it.

Client Experiences
„Nadine helped me plan my meals better. With her advice and extensive knowledge, I achieved the goals I had set myself. My eating habits have improved greatly, and so has my weight. I am only one kilogram away from my goal weight. Nadine is a very warm and patient person. She listened to all my concerns and addressed every single one. Her cheerful nature makes her very easy to talk to — and because she genuinely cares about your health, she is the perfect person to support you.“
„I have learned so many tips that help me with my mindset. I used to measure my worth by the number on the scales. Today I am more confident and do the things I love — and that is exactly what helped me find my way out of the dark place I was in. I would describe my coach as calm, thorough, understanding, patient and very knowledgeable. She knows what she is talking about!“

The Woman by Your Side
I know the frustration of feeling as though your body isn’t cooperating.
In my early thirties, I did everything that was considered healthy — yet I still had cravings and fatigue, and my weight wouldn’t go down. Then came the diagnosis: insulin resistance and PMOS (formerly PCOS). Suddenly, a lot of things made sense.
Today, I support women with an approach that considers blood sugar, hormones, sleep, stress and real everyday life. I’m not a doctor and don’t make diagnoses. My coaching complements medical care; it doesn’t replace it.
